Is Dibs a booking platform?

Yes. Booking is included in the list of features that Dibs offers. Your clients will be able to book classes on your website and/or via your app using Dibs.

 

Can I see an example of Dibs on another studio’s website?

Can I integrate Dibs with my current booking platform?

If you have developer resources, Dibs can be integrated with your existing platform. Contact us for custom pricing.

 

How do I get started on Dibs?

To get started with Dibs, choose a free trial option. From there, you can set up your studio and start using Dibs. You will have 14 days to evaluate the software. No credit card is required!

 

Does Dibs support online-only fitness studios?

Yes. We support online, in-person, and hybrid fitness studios.

 

I am on another booking platform? How do I switch? Will I lose my data?

When you migrate to Dibs from another platform, you will export a few reports that let us migrate your client data into Dibs. Credit card information can be imported into Dibs if your current booking platform uses Stripe. If your current booking platform does not use Stripe, clients will be prompted to add their credit card information to their account when they book their first class on Dibs.

 

How can I reach you for customer service?

We handle customer service via email, text, and chat. Our customer service channels are staffed from 9 am to 6 pm EST Monday - Friday and 9 am - 12 pm EST on Saturday and Sunday. For urgent matters, our team is on call until 10 pm daily.

 

Does Dibs integrate with ClassPass?

Yes. We integrate with ClassPass.

 

Will Dibs host our website?

Dibs does not host your website. Dibs integrates with your existing website. Dibs plays well with almost all modern web hosting services. If you need to build a website from scratch, we recommend Squarespace.

 

Does Dibs have an integration with Gympass?

We don’t have an integration with Gympass yet. We are planning to release an integration with Gympass in 2022.

 

What is Dibs’ cancellation policy?

Dibs is a month-to-month subscription service that can be canceled at any time with 10 days’ notice.

 

What reports does Dibs currently offer?

Dibs builds reports as requested. New reports can be requested by emailing reports@ondibs.com. Here is a full list of reports that have already been built.

 

How much are credit card processing fees?

Dibs uses Stripe as a credit card processor. Stripe charges standard fees of 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction.
